Terms of Service for NFT Minting Site

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our NFT minting site (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

  1. Ownership The Site, including all content, trademarks, and copyrights, is the property of our company or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

  2. NFT Minting Our Site allows you to mint your own non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any content, including images or music, that you use in connection with the creation of your NFTs. We are not responsible for verifying the authenticity or ownership of any NFTs created on the Site.

  3. Fees We charge fees for minting NFTs on our Site. These fees are subject to change at any time. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the Site.

  4. User Conduct You agree to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Site to collect or distribute personal information without consent
  • Use the Site to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers or networks

  1. User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Site in connection with the creation of your NFTs. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on and through the Site for the purpose of minting your NFTs.

  2. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

  3. Limitation of Liability We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any NFTs minted on the Site. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 6 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

  4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any NFTs minted on the Site.

  5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert state or country].
